А вот сколько таких талонов получают люди на службе страны США.

Это я у своего американского знакомого из лицокниги стащил. Вроде как из-за долга думают где урезать в дегах можно)) Мол, вон какие з/п у топов, а солдат воюющий всего 38000 получает - можно к этой планке опустить топов))
